help.
Every day we help our customers to achieve their
most challenging development goals.
Our experts are on-hand to support your project,
big or small.
We understand that every project is unique. Here's an overview of our core competencies to get the conversation started:
We develop complete, bespoke eMachine designs to meet our customers’ specialist requirements.
We assemble small batches of eMachines for prototype evaluation, mule vehicle tests and niche applications.
By applying our hands-on production experience, we help improve manufacturing costs and control quality.
Our proprietary analysis and optimisation tools help customers understand and improve their eMachines.
We help our customers to plan effective development programmes by benchmarking their technology against the best in the market.
We develop cutting-edge eDrive products for our customers using a systems-based approach.
Our team integrates eMachines into every part of the vehicle driveline, plus a wide variety of static applications.
From characterisation to automotive DVP&R, we provide expert test support throughout the development process.
In order to maintain transparency and provide the best possible service, we always collaborate closely with our customers to develop detailed specifications and timing plans before starting work. Our robust automotive project management and quality systems allow us to communicate effectively with our customers and deliver the results that they need, time-after-time. The sections below outline our core areas of competency:
Our team has worked on synchronous and asynchronous eMachines for a wide range of applications and industries, covering a huge range of sizes from 1.5kW to 90MW (shaft power).
By combining a suite of best-in-class commercial software with our specialist in-house development tools we ensure that all customers receive a design which has been thoroughly optimised using the latest multiphysics (electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical) analysis techniques.
As a result of our extensive analysis and
verification experience we are able to deliver
detailed, accurate simulation results to our
customers before progressing to hardware prototypes.
This capability allows us to significantly
accelerate product development times and reduce
costs for our customers, maximising their
competitive advantage.

Get in touch! Our established supply-chain and in-house assembly capability allows us to deliver custom-designed products very quickly, accelerating our customers’ development programmes and allowing them to evaluate representative hardware in record time. By drawing on our production experience we are able to develop and manufacture A-samples and B-samples which closely resemble our customers’ final production components, without the need for expensive hard-tooling. This approach helps us to identify potential production issues long before our customers proceed to off-tool components.

Get in touch! Our team has decades of experience designing and specifying components for class-leading eDrive systems. By staying abreast of the latest technology in this rapidly-changing market, our experts help customers develop visionary products for the future. The efficient methods we use to develop eMachines are firmly rooted in a systems-based approach: we know that the only way to develop great components is to specify and analyse them in this context.
By working with our network of partners we can deliver full electrical- and control-systems for a wide range of applications. These partnerships allow us to offer our customers truly-optimised systems without the need for them to co-ordinate development across multiple suppliers.
We are accustomed to collaborating with inverter suppliers to tune their model- and lookup-table-based control schemes to maximise system performance. Our experience and expert analysis capabilities help us to streamline this process and minimise the dependence on hardware testing.
